The role-playing blockchain game, Chumbi Valley, is preparing for its first breeding event. This will give their NFT holders a special minting opportunity to create generation 1 ‘Chumbis’, as well as a public sale, by growing pods on the ‘Mystic Tree’. The event will be one-time-only.

About the Breeding
The breeding process requires two Seed Chumbis and will produce two pods. Notably, Seed Chumbis can only breed once during the event. It does not count towards any future in-game breeding limitations. Additionally, the mint is free for all of the project’s current holders, however, they may be subject to transaction fees. Seed Chumbis transfer ‘mystical energy’ to the tree to make pods so, in addition to the Pods given to the Seed Chumbi holders, the Mystic Tree also grows extra Generation 1 Pods to sell.
A date for the breeding event and the sale are still to be decided, but they should happen sometime either this month or next month. For non-current holders, payment for the breeding will be in the $CHMB token. Each Generation 1 Pod costs $125 in CHMB. Also, it is unconfirmed whether this sale will be on Binance Smart Chain or Polygon, as both are used for this project.
