Dragonary is a free P2E NFT game built by Coinary Ltd. on Binance Smart Chain. In essence, it’s an NFT game that allows players to battle and compete with their Dragons in the enchanted lands of Dragonarya. Here, the Coinary token ($CYT) is the native token in the game.

Dragonary P2E features: What you need to know
The game is free to play as each player is given 3 common dragons to start with. However, if you wish to unlock the P2E features, you’ll need to invest in NFT dragons with higher rarities. This refers to Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical dragons. Free dragons such as common and uncommon dragons cannot be traded as NFTs.
The obvious benefit of being an NFT dragon holder is that you will get to mine $CYT on a daily basis. In case you’re holding common/uncommon dragons, you’ll earn Drago instead. Drago is a virtual token that has no real monetary value. Anyway, if you’re just here for the fun, you can still build your empire and make progress in the game.
How to hatch your dragons in the Dragonary?
In Dragonary, each dragon can possess one of the 7 elements: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Storm, Ice, or Plant. Once you advance in the game, you will need more than three dragons to fight stronger opponents. Currently, there are two ways to breed new dragons: creating eggs by joining dragons or by fusing high rarity dragons. We will discuss the former in this article.
When you are creating dragon eggs, first keep in mind that the breeding mechanism works differently depending on the type of dragon eggs that you wish to obtain.
1. Rare dragon eggs
You can only obtain Rare dragon eggs from chests and unlock them by paying a fee in $CYT. Once done, you can hatch it directly to get your dragon.
2. Common and uncommon dragon eggs
To achieve this, you will need two Adult dragons (50% of their maximum level), one Ember (preferably the same element as the parents), and some Drago to pay for the breeding. The breeding fee varies according to the dragon’s breed count. Additionally, an incubation period applies to common (3 hours) and uncommon dragon eggs (12 hours).

A few factors will determine a dragon egg’s stats and its final element. How to get the stats? Simple. Just find the average of both dragon creators’ (parents) stats, then add it up with another 20%. Round up the decimals to obtain the final stat. Per the example above, the baby dragon’s Strength stat is calculated as: (8+7)/2*1.2 = 9. As for Cunning stat: (7+14)/2*1.2 = 12.6, then round it up to get 13.

As for the final element, there’s a 40% probability that the egg will inherit the same element as one of its parents. There’s only a 20% probability that the egg will have the same element as chosen Ember. But there’s an exception. If the element of chosen Ember is different from both dragon creators, then the egg will possess the same element as the Ember’s.
So, how can we obtain breeding resources such as Ember and Drago? No worries. By clearing Dungeons and Ember missions, you can get more than enough resources for breeding. However, take note that in order to participate in these missions, make sure your dragons are at least level 11 or above. To level up, just take your dragons to battle in Story Mode and gain XP along the way.
