In its latest announcement, the team behind the P2E game Rebel Bots has decided to postpone its NFT land sale. Titled Xoilium Lands, the public sale was set to take place tomorrow May 16th. But due to weak market conditions, the team has postponed it to May 23rd instead.

What can I get from the Rebel Bots NFT land sale?
Rebel Bots is an upcoming P2E NFT card battle game similar to Axie Infinity. In this game, players can earn $XOIL by winning PvE and PvP matches, or $RBLS by winning seasonal battles. To start playing, players will need to own at least one land and three bots in a team.
That’s where the NFT land sale comes into the picture. According to the team, players can buy a complete set of NFTs (1 land + 3 fighting bots) for only 75 USDC in total. So when the game launches later this year, players who own a full set of NFTs can start to play and earn instantly.

How many NFT lands are available for public sale?
In total, there are 150,000 plots of NFT land in Rebel Bots. Firstly, 10,000 plots will go to Genesis Rebel Bot holders. Next, another 10,000 plots are reserved for marketing purposes.
And recently, the team sold more than 55,000 plots of land to gaming guilds in a private session. Hence, that should leave less than 75,000 plots of land NFT for the upcoming sale.
Weak market conditions are taking a toll on P2E games
According to the team behind Rebel Bots, delaying the NFT land sale is not a decision that they took lightly. But given the general weakness in the crypto and NFT market, it is best to postpone the sale by a week. In fact, many other NFT gaming projects have put off their product or token launches lately. For instance, Heroes of Mavia recently pushed back its IDO to Q4 this year due to poor market conditions too.
