Popstar, singer, and songwriter Charli XCX has partnered with Samsung to launch a new Roblox game and virtual concert. Called Samsung Superstar Galaxy, the game was launched on May 13 on Roblox, a leading online game platform. Pop fans can now perform, dance, and create on their own custom stages for a limited time.
“Roblox and Samsung feel like the perfect duo to extend the interaction I have with my fans,” said Charli XCX. “The partnership is one that will give my community the access and ability to experience me in ways they previously have not been able to, which is extremely exciting!”

Charli XCX’s Roblox game, created in partnership with Samsung, is set in a futuristic space station. Players can enter the game as avatars, equipped with a virtual Galaxy Z Flip3 smartphone. Then, the device guides the players throughout the Superstar Galaxy with messages from Charli XCX.
In short, the gameplay is pretty simple—you can complete mini-games and challenges, and explore the Roblox x Samsung Galaxy. What’s more, you can even use the Samsung phone to snap an in-game selfie of your avatar. You can then share these with your friends.
Another highlight is the ability to create your own stages and perform there. You can also visit other players’ stages. Besides, from the space station, you can play mini-games and find nearby asteroids.
Every Friday, the team will drop new content, including fan-favorite Charli XCX songs to perform. New in-game zones and props to decorate your stages will also drop every Friday. You will also have a chance to get exclusive pop-icon-inspired items to turn your avatar into a pop star!
In addition, you can earn Star Power by completing challenges. That’s not all! Those who top the Star Power leaderboards will get an opportunity to join Charli XCX during the concert finale on Roblox! The virtual concert finale will go live on June 17. Players and fans can also watch recordings of the performance all weekend long.

Samsung is growing its Web3 presence
The Superstar Galaxy game is the latest effort from Samsung to grow its Web3 presence. Recently, the tech giant partnered with Nifty Gateway to develop the first-ever smart TV NFT platform. It has also released limited NFTs to celebrate the launch of the Galaxy S22 smartphone and Galaxy Tab S8.
Currently, the Samsung Superstar Galaxy Roblox game featuring Charli XCX is only available in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and select countries.
