Ahead of its launch, Blockchain Brawlers released the first-ever sneak peek of its UI/UX interface. The game developer, Wax Game Studio, considers one of its missions to build games differently than the status quo. So the rowdiest play-to-earn game in the Metaverse promises to streamline the interface in order to make playing equally easy and fun.
First Look: Blockchain Brawlers Game
Let’s talk about Blockchain Brawlers’ landing page first. It will have four points of interest, starting with Ref Jeff making sure you’re quickly able to add your ring into the game and send your Brawler into a match. The game will detect if you don’t have a ring or Brawler in your wallet then direct you to the spot where you can get one. To make it more intuitive, players will always be just one click away from selecting a different mode in the game. They can choose between inventory, crafting and buy/sell tabs.
Let’s talk about the heart of the game: brawling. On the starting screen, you’ll see three different Brawler states and an empty slot. The game will prominently display the total number of remaining matches, along with a single click to “Swap” in another ring if desired. If you see that the status is cool down, this means that the character can’t brawl for another 12 minutes and 23 seconds.
Lastly, players should watch out for their brawlers’ “health” status. The player can choose to hit the “Swap” button to go to the inventory page and choose a different Brawler or change out/add different gear into the mix. So what’s the benefit of having plenty of health and not on cooldown? These players can click the “Go Brawl” button, then collect a ton of BRWL and hopefully get a much-needed Gold NFT!
About Equipping and Crafting
Now, let’s talk about what will happen if a player clicks the Swap button or + ADD YOUR BRAWLER. Basically, they will be brought to their inventory screen. The left side of the screen will prominently display the Brawler selected from the right side. Here, you can mix and match Brawlers with items to understand their BRWL rewards and chance of Gold NFT drop rates.
Then, with a single click of the “Swap” button, your Brawler will now occupy that empty slot from the starting screen. As promised, the flow is very intuitive and user-friendly.
The last component of the sneak peek is crafting. As the name suggests, it allows players to craft their own brawlers. Once you have all the resources, you can simply click “CRAFT NOW” to proceed.
Wax Game Studio reiterated that they intentionally designed the game to be consistent and redundant to reduce the learning curve for our players. Their goal is to never have anyone go into a social channel asking, “How do I do this?” in Blockchain Brawlers. The user experience is so easy that players can literally hit the ground running as soon as they log in.
